The staff was excellent. the views of the Lake were particularly nice. - the breakfast had a lot of selection and the food was appetising. - the restaurant had a great menu. - the location in the middle of the city was marvellous.

The restaurant was very nice for breaky & dinner here, I had tasty dishes. The location was amazing, within a close distance from a historical museum. You could walk to a shopping street and a supermarket.

The venue is clean, the breakfasts are great, the staff is accommodating, and the rooms are cozy and recently updated with added bonuses like breakfast and air conditioning.

Wonderful hotel with strong wi-fi, the location was good short walk to a train station that has a direct train all the way to the airport. Booked a room with astonishing views of the Lake. Climate control and coffee were great.

This place is conveniently located near popular attractions like the Opera House, major churches, and the old town, just a short drive away from Lake Zurich.

Friendly staff and good location. Could reach the opera on foot. When it rained there was an umbrella from the hotel. Quiet because in a side street.

The central location of this place, right next to Paradeplatz and surrounded by shops and eateries, was very convenient.

Mattress was too uncomfortable. Unfortunately had back pain after the stay and that doesn't happen to me otherwise. Strong smell of old frying fat in the stairwell is unpleasant.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had a very good stay for the fourth night. The location was fantastic - just 5 minutes' walk from a fantastic art museum. The area was particularly good, just next door to the Zurich lake, Grossmünster, eateries, train station, restaurants.

It's practical with exceptionally comfortable beds and exceptionally good views.
